As the situation with the coronavirus continues to develop, we wanted to keep you informed of what actions ADEY is taking to ensure the wellbeing of our colleagues and customers.

We have continuously provided our teams with guidance and information so they can keep themselves and their families safe. Following the Government Guidance issued on Monday 16th March, we have taken the decision that all colleagues who can work from home will do so, including our field sales teams. Our colleagues are fully equipped to carry out meetings via video conferencing or the phone where possible.

All mainline ADEY contact numbers such as Customer Services, Sales Orders, Marketing and Finance are in action and diverted to appropriate colleagues. Our ADEY Commercial and Domestic Water Testing Laboratories remain open at this time, with no changes to services.

I would also like to take the opportunity to reassure you that provisions have been put in place to mitigate disruption to our service and supply of products. Significant contingency stock provisions remain in place.
