Magnaclean DualXP Installation

Magnaclean DualXP Technical installation details

Installation

MagnaClean DualXP® has been developed by the industry leading and multi-award winning company that pioneered magnetic filtration. ADEY’s filters are already protecting more than three million heating systems throughout the UK.

MagnaClean DualXP delivers double the magnetic and non-magnetic capture zone capability. It can be installed anywhere on the main circuit. However, to achieve the best level of protection for the boiler, it is recommended to install the filter after the last radiator on the system and before the boiler. It is also recommended to have valves on either side of the filter. Isolation valves and fittings for copper pipework not included.

The following instructions are designed to support engineers in the safe and effective installation and servicing of MagnaClean® DualXP and should be followed at all times.

Magnaclean Professional2xp - Recommendation

Our recommendation is to fit MagnaClean DualXP on every new installation on the basis that prevention is better than cure. We also recommend installation after a MagnaCleanse.

The benefits for your customer: A more efficient central heating system, a warmer home, and a longer operational system life.

Note: the final position of the filter must be vertical for best practice protection.
